Please note that the house sleeps up to 4 people and we do not charge any supplements. The house is cleaned before and after your visit and includes linen and towels and all electricity, air-con, central heating. A £50 per week non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of holiday, plus a £100 returnable deposit against damage - this is refundable within 10 days of your return. (Subject to satisfactory property inspection) Payment in full is required if the booking is less than 8 weeks before departure. Please note, booking cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival are non refundable. Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer ( If outside the UK. The cost is payable by the sender) Sterling cheques. Our on-site management company will meet and greet you with the keys and take you to the house and explain any details you wish to know and places to go and local restaurants. If you require an arrival grocery pack, the on-site management will provide one for € 20, payable directly to them on resort. Changeover day - Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. This is flexible if there are not any tenants arriving or departing on the same day
